Cancellation Policy
24 hr cancellation required for 60 Minute and 90 Minute sessions. 50% Payment of session will be charged for late cancellations. 100% for no call or show.
48 hour Cancellation Policy for 2 hour session. A 50% Payment of session will be charged for late cancellations.
No show for appointment will require 100% payment before client can reschedule.
A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice. Additionally, if cancellation contact is made at or after the scheduled start time — or at any point during the scheduled session duration — the appointment will be considered a no-show.
Because this time has been reserved exclusively for you, and it is not possible to reasonably reschedule another client during that period, the full session fee may apply.

Business Response Time
I am in sessions Thursday-Saturday, which makes correspondence limited. Please note that I respond to emails Sunday and/or Monday.
Safety First!
Safety of clients and Massage Therapist are the highest priority and all Covid protocols will be followed. Any behavior that jeopardizes the Safety of any party will result in immediate session conclusion. Full payment will be required.
